        Welcome to Lifestack. By accessing Lifestack Cloud Services (lifestack.cloud) and its associated products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
    

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Lifestack is an AI-native infrastructure platform. Our mission is to "Make life accessible as a message." We provide AI-driven data distillation, information processing, and interactive assistant services.

3. Payments and Merchant of Record

To ensure a secure and compliant global payment experience, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com.

Merchant of Record: Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all payment-related inquiries, tax compliance, and financial processing.
Pricing: Lifestack reserves the right to change its pricing and credit bundle structures at any time.

4. Credit System and Refund Policy

Nature of Credits: Credits are virtual tokens used to access AI computational power. Once purchased, credits remain valid indefinitely until consumed.
Refund Policy: Due to the immediate and high-cost nature of AI computational resource consumption, credits are non-refundable once any portion of the purchased bundle has been used.

5. AI Content Disclaimer

Lifestack’s core functions are powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). AI-generated summaries, mindmaps, and insights may contain errors or reflect biases. Lifestack does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of any generated content. You assume all risk for actions taken based on this content.

6. Intellectual Property

All brand assets, code, UI designs, and the brand vision are the exclusive intellectual property of Lifestack Cloud Services. You retain ownership of the original materials you submit for processing.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to reverse engineer the Service, use automated scripts to scrape data, or use the platform to generate illegal or harmful content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lifestack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to the platform in the six months preceding the claim.
